About the topic:
How to influence positive behavioral change at work through play- based learning – A case study
As a business owner or leaders, have you thought about influencing your team members’ behaviors? Of course you do. But the question is, “How?” Providing training program is nice, but the effect didn’t seem to last very long. In this session, the speaker will share a case study of how to influence a group of senior leaders’ behaviors at work through play-based learning. Play is not only for kids. Learn how adults can play to learn, by learning to play.
Objectives of the sharing:
• Understand the value of play in the area of corporate learning
• Know what drives adults’ behaviors to change
• Experience firsthand how learning can be fun and effective
