CanCham President Howard Stribbell had the opportunity to join the CanCham PRD luncheon in Shenzhen with special guest speaker, the Honourable John McCallum. Mr McCallum is the former Canadian
Ambassador to China.

He shared his views on the current and future China-Canada relationships, the impact of the China-US trade war and the need for understanding on all sides. Mr McCallum said that while there are many uncertainties with the coming Canadian and US elections, he believes that the Canada-China relationship will improve.
