CanCham Macao, in partnership with the France Macau Chamber of Commerce (FMCC), will be co-hosting a breakfast meeting on Wednesday, August 29 on the topic of how to improve and measure the ROI of training.
Approximately 40% of employees who do not receive adequate training end up leaving their post within a year. When training is inadequate or carried out incorrectly, employees either forget what they learned or fail to carry through, wasting time and money. In this session, you’ll learn how to plan and implement a holistic training system so your organization can reduce costs and optimize results.
The guest speaker will be Canadian professional speaker Tom Abbott, founder of the award winning company SOCO/Sales Training Pte Ltd. based in Singapore. Tom is a sales expert and a pioneer of evolving sales processes through the latest techniques and technology and is the author of the books ‘The SOHO Solution’ and ‘Social Selling’. Work.
The meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 29 from 9:00-10:30 am at the Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16 (Rua do Visconde Paco de Arcos).
