Visitors coming for consular appointments will need to sign in and obtain a visitor pass from security at the entrance to the main lobby. This normally takes a minute.
Online Appointment Service: Please be advised that only clients with an appointment will be accepted.
Book an appointment with the Consular Services in Macao
- Please book your appointment through the Online system. An email address is required for the appointment confirmation. You must present this confirmation upon submission of your application(s). If you are unable to book an appointment through our Online system, please send an email to hkong.cs-booking@international.gc.ca and an appointment will be booked on your behalf.
- When booking appointments, please choose the service type accordingly. If you are submitting 2 or more applications (maximum of 4), please choose “Family Passport Application” as your service type.
- Please ensure that passport applications are duly completed and all original documents are submitted. If you are submitting an adult application, please provide the original plus a copy of the front and back of your supplementary ID. If you are submitting a child application, please provide the originals plus a photocopy of both parents’ valid passports or Macao IDs (front and back) bearing the signatures which match the signatures on the application form.
- Please pay your passport fee(s)in advance through our Online Payment system: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/canadian-passports/fees/passport-outside-canada-united-states.html. Service fees not available on our Online Payment system can be paid by credit card. Please complete this credit card authorization form and enclose it with your application.
